Add a payment method
You can add a new payment method to your account at any time.
Steps:
Log in to your account.
Go to Payment preferences.
Click Add a debit/credit card.
Enter the required information.
Save your changes.
Once added, this payment method can be used for future reservations or payments.
Remove a payment method
You can remove a saved payment method, subject to certain conditions.
Before removing a payment method:
A payment method linked to an active reservation may not be removable.
At least one valid payment method may be required on your account.
Steps:
Go to Payment preferences.
Select the payment method you want to remove.
Click Delete.
Confirm your choice.
Payment method issues
If you experience issues when adding, removing, or using a payment method, check the following:
The information entered is correct and up to date.
The payment method is accepted.
There are no pending payments or active reservations preventing changes.
If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
Accepted payment methods
We accept payments through Payzone for customers in Morocco, and Stripe for international customers.
Available payment options may vary depending on your location and the type of reservation or activity.
